Dr Rafiqul Islam Mehedi

Dr. Rafiqul Islam Mehedi is an Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He was enrolled as an Advocate in 1989 and started his legal profession in Dhaka Judge Court, and thereafter, he was enrolled in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 1991. He was further enrolled as an Advocate of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in the year of 2015. He obtained in LL.B and LL.M from University of Rajshahi. He was awarded the Doctorate in Philosophy of Law in 2002 from The World University, Desert Sanctuary Campus, Benson, Arizona, USA.
He has more than 30 years’ experience of working in the field of Civil Litigation, Criminal Defence, Employment and Labour, Environmental Litigation, Government Contract, Real Estate, Customs, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Securities and Corporate Finance, Family Law, Election Law, Administrative Law and Constitutional Law matters. He was also a senior legal consultant of the Social Islami Bank Limited. He has served as a member of the Bar Council Tribunal of Bangladesh for the period of 2013-2015. He was elected Vice President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Bangladesh in the year 2015-2016.
Dr. Mehedi is one of the leading practitioners in Bangladesh having been devoted himself in practice for more than 30 years.
Barrister Saquib Mohammad Shadman

Mr. Saquib Mohammad Shadman is a Barrister-at-Law and Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2009. He obtained Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree in Professional Legal Skills with specialisation on Corporate Insolvency from City, University of London, UK in 2010. He obtained LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London in 2008 and PDGL from the City University, London, UK in 2009. He was enrolled as an Advocate by Bangladesh Bar Council and was subsequently enrolled as an advocate of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2015.
He has more than 8 years’ experience of working in the field of Constitutional Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defence and Criminal Defence: White Collar, Customs, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Securities and Corporate Finance, Family Law, Real Estate, Environmental Litigation and Administrative Law matters.
Md. Omar Faruk

Mr. Md. Omar Faruk is an Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He was enrolled as an Advocate in 2008 and thereafter, he was enrolled as an Advocate in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2012. He obtained LL.B (Hons) from North Bengal University, Darjeeling, India and subsequently obtained LL.M (1st Class) from Stamford University, Dhaka.
